Enjoy the very best local ingredients served simply in informal, friendly surroundings. It's what we've always done at Augill only now it's better in the capable hands of acclaimed chef Justin Woods who brings his Michelin starred experience to the Eden valley having trained under John Burton-Race at his two Michelin-starred L'Ortolan restaurant in Berkshire before a career as executive sous chef at London's Lanesborough Hotel and then as executive head chef at The Castle Green Hotel in Kendal. Expect the unexpected on menus which take the best ingredients available locally and gives them a modern twist.
