Newton Court houses a restaurant, farm shop, café, cider tour hub and bar within a purpose built, beautifully designed, spacious building. The 157-acre organic farm it’s located on is also home of Newton Court Cider, famed for its single varietal and blended ciders and perries. Newton Court is a wonderful place to meet for drinks, home-made cakes, light lunches and hot meals. Herefordshire produce is incorporated into the menu, including Newton Court Cider’s delicious perry, cider and apple juice. The kitchen team work with local butchers, bakers and farmers to source low food-mile, tasty produce. Sitting within the restaurant and café you have a choice of views: over to the opposite hillside; an organic orchard, with both venerable and newly-planted cider apple and perry pear trees; through the internal windows to the cider packaging area. At warmer times of year you can sit outside, which will also bring the barns filled with hay bales for the farm’s Hereford cattle into sight.
