Set in a pleasant sunny position overlooking Seaton Bay, the house enjoys beautiful views of the sea, and the gardens provide the perfect place for peaceful relaxation. There’s also the benefit of private parking within the grounds, so no need to worry about cars on the roadside or the cost of parking.Directly opposite Picton House is the junction of Old Beer Road, which leads to the access to the beach at Seaton Hole - about 5 minutes' walk. Our aim is to make our guests feel completely at home in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Tea and coffee-making facilities are available at any time and the gardens are there to be enjoyed by all - guests are even welcome to use the fridge to store a bottle or two for an evening drink.
