The Chestnut Horse is a fantastic country pub with a brilliant atmosphere for locals and visitors, on the colder days you will be welcomed by a log fire, well kept real ales (at least a choice of 3) and we pride ourselves on locally sourced homemade food. There is limited seating so booking in this current climate is advised. We follow all of the government guidelines and law with regards to COVID. Please ensure you complete the track and trace and wear a mask at all times unless sitting at your table. On slightly warmer days we have a marquee attached to the back of the pub for extra seating. This year we were finalists in the Great British Pub Awards ( a national competition for business continuity during lockdown) and also won the coveted Radio Suffolk award of going above and beyond during lockdown.
