About
The building has great bones so we wished to honour the essence of the building in our refurbishment last year. As a grade 2 listed building it started it’s life, we believe, as a grain store. Converted to a wine bar by Mike Pennington, back in 1984. ‘The wine bar’ as it is referred to has a long and happy history with the local’s in Kendal.
