About

A 16th century farm C1537, where the landscape has remained unchanged for hundreds of years. Motygido itself was the first ever school in West Wales run by Rev. Pugh. In the late 1600s. Although the farm itself is now a private working poultry farm with heavy horses, there is a public footpath runs through the farm with some spectacular views over the Motygido Valley and down to New Quay. It’s a beautiful hike through an ancient landscape.
