Greendale is a tranquil, peaceful and very friendly adults-only campsite. The site has 12 pitches (all hard-standing with electric hook-ups). The heated shower and toilet block is very clean and well looked-after. The shop has local information, maps, local products and essentials. Set in beautiful Rutland countryside between Oakham and Melton Mowbray. You will be 6 miles from Rutland Water and 15 minutes walk from Whissendine village, with a great dog-friendly pub, post-office and general store. Greendale welcomes those looking for a peaceful break with their caravans, motor-homes, tents or camper-vans. Friendly well-behaved dogs are also very welcome.
