The Hub Café at the IBCC offers a locally-sourced selection of tempting treats, from a Bomber Breakfast or our IBCC specially blended coffee or tea, with a homemade cake, through to an extensive range of freshly prepared omelettes, sandwiches, savoury snacks, wraps and the Daily Specials Menu. Open during the Memorial and attraction's visitor times, the Hub provides the ideal place to meet friends or relax after a trip into the exhibition or a tour of the Peace Gardens and Memorial. The Hub is licensed and stocks wine and local beers. The Hub Café also offers special ration packs for our younger visitors with a range of wholesome options. The café also provides the catering for a wide range of corporate hospitality and IBCC events throughout the year.
