With day packages for corporate customers who can hire the entire building just for their company, to one to one counselling, massage therapy, acupuncture or to speak with our nutritionist. We have a growing list of workshop leaders ready and waiting for your next bespoke day. If you have a hen party to arrange we can work with you to get the most perfect day for the 'bride-to-be' to enjoy and relax with her closest of friends. Or, come on your own and we will give you a 'Place to breathe' perhaps starting with an hour session in our private infrared sauna: helping with… Improving circulation, Better sleep, Boosting the immune system, Relief from arthritic and joint pain, Recovery from exercise, Skin rejuvenation, Mood elevation and it even has it's own shower!
