The London Wetlands Centre nature reserve is on your doorstep and Kew Gardens, Hammersmith Apollo, Westfields Shopping Centre, Kensington, Wimbledon and the deer haven of Richmond Park are close by. The space A quaint one bedroom apartment, moments from Barnes High Street and the river Thames, benefitting from off-street parking, communal and a shared roof terrace. The apartment features a bright, airy reception room with space to dine, a king-size bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom with bath and power shower over, wifi, a secure entry system, instant hot water and gas central heating. It is cosy in winter; cool and airy in summer. Non smoking and pet free. The entire apartment with private, off-street parking space number 7, as well as shared roof space with outdoor drying area. The apartment is up two flights of stairs on the 2nd (top) floor of a small apartment block. There are a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Remove your shoes in the hall - Dispose of rubbish appropriately in the bin located behind the doors on the right as you exit the main entrance - Keep the property clean and tidy - Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and lock the front door when leaving the space - Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. - Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
