British Patagonia is a different bakery. A place to explore new flavours and travel through a bite to the most remote places in Patagonia. Take a break and come to our refuge, a cozy place where you can find coffee, tea, and incredible pastries Matias, chef, and founder of British Patagonia. Born and bred in Argentina, and in love with the roots and flavours, he undertook his trip to London. He worked in different Michelin-star restaurants and felt that the next step was to offer his new community a bit of the world in which he grew up.
