Alongside seasonal dishes, the menu includes ‘Classics’ and ‘Grill & Chops’. A set menu, ideal for theatre goers, is offered at lunch and dinner, and breakfast and afternoon tea is available daily. At the bar, alongside the classics, a cocktail menu inspired by the original art within the hotel is served. Drinks are based on pieces from renowned artists such as Sir Tony Cragg and Peter Rocklin.
