Occupying a Dickensian front opposite Boxpark in Shoreditch is an all-day restaurant & whisky bar offering breakfast, brunch, lunch & dinner alongside a cocktail bar with over 100 choice whiskies. The interior is very much ‘old curiosities’ with a collection of medicine bottles & bone china ornaments. Both interior & exterior walls are also scattered with street art from several internationally acclaimed artists, the site is a regular stop for local graffiti tours. A polished copper top sits in front of a whisky dominated back bar holding some of London’s finest Japanese & Scottish drams including Nikka, Suntory, Gordon Macphail & Glendronach as well as some extremely rare closed distilleries like Karuizawa & Ichiro. Our staff will hand carve ice from counter-top blocks to accompany the drinks menu that includes an Old Fashioned that Time Out magazine have voted one of the top 3 in London & an Espresso Martini that the Evening Standard this year rated as one of the Capitals top 5.
