We are EatFan. You could translate our Chinglish name as ‘EatRice’ but it’s also our way of saying ‘foodie’. We are from China, live in London and have traveled extensively. We have discovered and subscribe to the global ‘rice is life’ culture! Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, vegetables, fish, meat stews, or even hot pot, rice goes with everything. We are rice lovers. Home-cooked Chinese food is full of flavor, made with fresh ingredients and very little oil. We want to bring healthy food that our families cooked for us to more people in London. We don’t do Egg Fried Rice though (as much as we like it), sorry!
