We are ideally located, with Victoria Rail Station and Victoria Coach Station both just a 5-MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE AWAY, and the Victoria Tube Station within a 7-8 minute walking distance, connecting you effortlessly to London's myriad of attractions. Our foremost priority is to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we have a range of services designed to meet your needs. Check in time : after 3pm Check out time : 10:30am -11am Reception: It opens 7/24h and after 3pm you can check in anytime. ***We also take pride in our 1Gbps high-speed internet service, providing robust coverage across all floors, unlike some other establishments. This ensures you'll have a seamless online experience during your stay. ***In every room, we provide a range of amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable: - A fan and a Smart TV for both your comfort and entertainment - Shower and hand towels for your personal use - A kettle and mugs for preparing hot beverages - Complimentary offerings such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, long-life milk, and sugar - Essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. ***Complimentary Services Upon Request We recognise the importance of the little things in making your stay memorable, which is why we offer the following amenities free of charge upon your request: • Hair Dryer • Iron and Ironing Board • European Adapter • Complimentary luggage storage for guests arriving early, available until check-in time. These services are provided for your convenience, with the goal of enhancing your overall experience with us. • Directly across from our hotel, you'll find a lush, park-like garden that exudes a tropical ambiance. This tranquil oasis is accessible to our guests. However, entry is key-restricted for added privacy. Simply inquire at our front desk to borrow the key, and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings to relax and rejuvenate. __ Luggage Storage Prior Check-In __ If your arrival is prior to our standard check-in time of 3pm, we offer a complimentary service where you can leave your luggage at the reception. You can then freely explore and return to check-in after 3PM anytime, without the burden of carrying your belongings around. __ Luggage Storage Post Check-Out __ If you require luggage storage after you check out, we do provide this service at a cost of £5.00 per items. We kindly ask that luggage to be collected before 10:30 pm on the same day. *Any collections beyond this time or overnight storage will carry a charge of £5 per items extra will covers till 10:30am. After 10:30am another charge applies. __ Refreshments __ For your convenience, we provide 500ml bottles of water available for purchase directly at the hotel for £2.00 each. This service aims to save you the time and effort of searching for a shop simply to quench your thirst.
