About
Kanada Ya is a Japanese ramen restaurant founded in 2009 by Kanada Kazuhiro in the small town of Yukuhashi, Fukuoka. Kanada Ya specialises in tonkotsu ramen, a rich pork bone broth cooked for 18 hours and served with hand made alkaline noodles and chashu pork belly. Since the opening of our first location in London in 2015 we have expanded our menu to over a variety of new dishes including chicken 'paitan' ramen and the ever popular truffle ramen alongside traditional side dishes such as onigiri rice balls and karaage fried chicken.
