Inspired by the nostalgia of Tokyo's bustling streets, it's a laid-back, eclectic, day-to-night eating and drinking den that fuses canteen-style dining with the golden age of Japanese whisky, sake and cocktail seduction. Dig into our soul food, bowl food steaming ramen, made with pork, chicken or vegan broth, freshly prepared katsu curry, and increasingly popular donburi, Japanese rice bowls. Alongside these, you’ll find steamed boa buns with a variety of fillings, a selection of hip poke bowls and an extensive range of handmade to order sushi and sashimi, including their signature and much-talked-about volcano roll - salmon, avocado and tobiko futomaki, tempura fried all served with KIBOU house sauce.
