Polish inspired. Modern street food, done differently. On'On Grill & Pierogi consistently uses authentic charcoal BBQs to prepare our meats: boneless chicken leg, pork steak, pork belly, and smoked pork & beef sausage. All meats are carefully prepared and marinated for an absolute minimum of 24 hours. Pierogi are a Polish dumpling with various fillings. We serve ours as "Ruskie", a filling of white cured cheese, mashed potato and fried onion. We garnish it with our secret, homemade recipe On'On Sauce. You will also find: our own recipe triple fried potato bites; legendary sandwiches; and legendary hot dogs.
