"After street food success OshPaz is moving up to bricks-and-mortar Muzaffar Sadykov began dishing up Uzbek food in London with OshPaz after he noticed a lack of Central Asian food in the city, and after finding success on the street food scene with KERB, he graduated to a spot inside Seven Dials Market as well as having a presence at Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant & Castle. Now he’s stepping things up again, opening a permanent restaurant on Regent Street that’ll offer grab-and-go food for breakfast and lunch, switching to eat-in service (with room for 20) in the evenings."
