We create English ice cream and sorbets in small batches in our Tufnell Park kitchen, using organic milk and fresh fruit. We make all our own inclusions from scratch using the best ingredients. Seasonal fruit, local honey, gooseberries from our customer's allotments. We employ local people who care as much about our ice cream as we do.
