Step underground into Smith’s Cocktail Bar where oft forgotten classics like the Monkey Gland and modern treasures like the French Martini define our curated menu. Our vintage libations evolve with the seasons so there’s always something novel to savour. If you’re a connoisseur of the old fashioned then conduct us to build yours – select from an intrepid library of bourbon, whisk(e)y, rum, mezcal, syrups, sugars and bitters, and unwind whilst we stir your concoction and pour over ice. Request it classic for a muddled brown sugar cube and angostura bitters to let your spirit do the talking. All day Sunday through Tuesday and up until 21:00 Wednesday through Saturday we’re available for exclusive hire, there’s meeting space during the day every day, and we throw monthly events.
