Set in the three Compasses pub in Dalston we serve Organic Angus beef from the Rhug farm estate which comes straight from the farm to your fork! Our bread is a potato flour bun and we cook our burgers with beef dripping (Oui chef!). Our BBQ meats are cooked slow and low on British oak. And most of all a big helping of that special ingredients beginning with L'.
