The Delaunay Counter is back with a new menu featuring classic European Alpine dishes, regionally sourced wines and beers, and a new cocktail menu. Championing the Alpine region’s rich culinary heritage, our all day food offering features dishes such as fondue, tartiflette, tarte flambées, Viennese hot dogs, charcuterie and cheese; and a selection of ‘Konditorei’, including Sachertorte and Apple Strudel. While our drinks menu features new cocktails created by Bar Manager, Alessandro Mannello and his team, such as the ‘Pink Grapefruit Spritz’ made with Belsazar rosè, elderflower and grapefruit soda; and the ‘Counterside’ made with Tanqueray Gin, kirsch, mint, cucumber, lime and sugar. And for those who prefer beer, three classic Stiegl beers are available on tap (served by the litre and half-litre), as well as a range of bottled beers and ciders.
