Micro-Bar by The Gipsy Hill Brewing Company. Built to embody our brewing ethos, The Douglas Fir is high quality and made to be social. No bigger than your Gran's front room, you'll find a full bar, ten lines of craft beer, bar snacks and street food on Wednesdays. It's cosy and welcoming! The bar surfaces have been hand carved from a single 20m cutting of 'Douglas Fir' by Simon, our head brewer.
