Offering three unique dining experiences. In the Escoffier Room ,the 7 course themed menu changes every week and is prepared by 3rd year students and served by 2nd year chef students. In the Brasserie we serve modern style Brasserie a la carte menu prepared by 2nd year chef students and served by 1st year chef students. All under the expert supervision of experienced Chef & Front of House lecturers.
