I make my own organic tempeh and after opening the UK's first dedicated tempeh food stall in East London in 2014 (formerly called Warung Tempeh), I soon earned the moniker The Tempeh Man... We're open every Thursday and Friday lunchtime, selling two dishes cooked from scratch on the stall each morning, using only natural fresh ingredients; we don't use spice pastes, msg, dark kitchens - just good, honest healthy food. We even use fresh baby plumb tomatoes instead of tinned, our food may take a little longer to cook but we think it's worth it.
