Owner Pierre has a 30 year background in bringing Lebanese cuisine to new audiences, transporting his dishes from Beirut to Paris and then London. After running the famous and critically acclaimed Mayfair restaurant Fakhreldine, Pierre and Head Chef Alex moved north to create their own restaurant. Meaning ‘Rose’ in Arabic, Warda opened in Southgate in 2012.
