We're a avant-garde chef duo: I'm French and have experience in various high standard kitchens around France and Europe, including Michelin star restaurants, 5 Rosettes and Relais & Chateaux. My influences are Mediterranean, South American and French. My colleague in action is a self-trained Irish chef with over 10 years experience. We look forward to hosting you soon.
