Halsey’s was Hitchin’s first provisioner and has been supplying fabulous treats from its quirky Tudor location in the heart of the town ever since. Known for our wide selection of beverages & treats; there will be something to delight you that you can relax and have with us or take it away. We have 36 teas (loose leaf of course), 12 coffee beans or award winning hot chocolate to choose from. If you fancy something cold we have smoothies, frappes, iced tea & coffee. We also have 24 sweet & savoury treats such as cinnamon buns, cannoli, brownies, flapjacks, cakes, cookies, sausage rolls, quiches to mention just a few. If you fancy something more filling, we have sumptuous cheese toasties (we are a cheese shop after all), breakfast baps, our signature bubble & squeak and a range of sandwiches.
