Brewery House has been privately owned for the last 24 years and the current owners, Sarah and Nigel, wished to preserve the heritage of the old Brewery. They have achieved this by opening up part of the house and turning it into the award winning The Brewery Tearooms, enabling others to share in its charm. Nestled in rural Hertfordshire between Stevenage and Hertford, at the tearooms you will always find a warm welcome and a magical atmosphere. We are Walkern’s very own, multiple award winning, Tea Salon & Coffee Lounge. We’re waiting to welcome you to The Brewery Tea Rooms, so why not try one of our freshly brewed coffees or loose leaf teas, book an Afternoon High Tea, try one of our light lunches or enjoy one of our many freshly made treats. Each morning our scones are freshly baked in the Brewery House kitchen along with other mouth-watering treats…towering toffee-coffee-fudge cake, super-sticky chocolate brownie, amazing apricot slice, marvellous meringues and LOTS more. x
