Trestle is a mask and physical theatre company, with a highly regarded arts education programme. Our mission is to engage children, young people and adults in creative activity, which aims to enhance the cultural quality of their experiences Trestle succeeds and survives through reinvention and maintaining a passion for engaging people of all ages in the arts, developing new ways of delivering professional development across the public and private sectors, collaborating with artists and partners and creating resources for education and arts practitioners. Trestle Arts Base is a 100-year-old chapel, beautifully converted into a unique performing arts centre. Situated in the tranquil setting of Highfield Park, just five minutes from St Albans city centre by car, this unique venue offers fantastic facilities for all occasions. Whether it is a concert, workshop, business meeting or birthday party, our experienced staff can help you plan and deliver the perfect event.
