A listed coaching inn set in the heart of the Kent countryside. The Chequers oozes history and charm with its oak timbers, mullion windows and inglenook fireplace. A fine selection of real ales and wines. The home cooked food is excellent, locally sourced and good value for money. There is a large outside seating area, with a family garden to the rear. The Chequers has recently been refurbished and we look forward to welcoming you. Open: Monday 5-11.
