Located in the heart of Maidstone, our award-winning distillery produces fine quality craft spirits using traditional techniques on our impressive 450L copper pot and column still. Reinstating the tradition of Maidstone pioneer and master distiller, George Bishop, who created quality and world-renowned spirits from our county town back in 1785. Learn about our fascinating legacy, see our beautiful equipment and sample our spirits on a Distillery Tour & Tasting. Master the shake, muddle and stir on one of our fun and spirited Cocktail and Canapés Masterclasses. Create your own Gin with our very popular Guided Gin Making Experiences, you'll perfect your recipe and take home your own personalised bottle of gin. Or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds of our Bishop's bar serving our award-winning spirits, specially designed cocktails, beers, wines and small plates / nibbles.
