We are Aiden and Sarah Byrne. At LI-LY our food philosophy is rooted in quality, and a deep connection to the local environment, with a rich background in the culinary world, we’re passionate about offering a unique, personal touch that only an independent, husband-and-wife team can provide. We craft seasonal set monthly three and six course lunch and nine course dinner menu inspired by the freshest ingredients from trusted local suppliers. Named after the LI-LY River, one of Europe’s smallest and most storied waterways flowing through our town, our restaurant reflects the charm and character of the area. Just like the river, our intimate dining space is rooted in a sense of place, housed in a beautifully restored historic building, we’ve worked to preserve as many original features as possible, giving new life to a piece of our local Knutsford heritage and now offering a unique and personal experience that celebrates the local culture and people.
