About

We are a sociable running group based in the centre of Manchester, meeting on a Wednesday night at The Wharf pub in Castlefield at 6:30pm for a 6:45pm run. There's a 3k, 5k, 7.5k, 10k or intervals option and we head to the pub for a pint afterwards. We also have runs at weekend mornings along the canal. All abilities are welcome.
