The Dressing Room Café in Chorlton, Manchester is the café and arts space at the award winning Edge Theatre and also a dedicated catering and restaurant training facility for adults with learning disabilities. Trainees have the opportunity to learn skills which can be applied in a real working environment and also transferred and applied to other areas of life. A space to relax with a coffee while you wait for a class, grab a pre-theatre meal, or simply relax with a piece of cake while enjoying the surroundings, we hope that The Dressing Room Café is an inspiring and tranquil haven. We have a large selection on options including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. All of our meals are made fresh in the cafe by our Chef Jim.
