Manchester's answer to tasty Vietnamese street food, Viet Shack started out life in 2014 in the Arndale Food Market, serving fresh fast food with a Vietnamese twist. After the blooming success of the Arndale, the Viet Shack family expanded into their new home in Ancoats in the Summer of 2018, and people have been queuing up and coming back for more ever since!
