Moot hall is unique - built by Elstow Abbey as a courthouse/shopping centre/lodging house. It is now a beautiful Museum of 17th century life and John Bunyan. Moot Hall is also a music venue (see our website for details of events). We welcome paranormal investigation groups and hold occasional PI events that are open to the public. The hall is available to hire for small quiet private functions. The tranquil Elstow Green is the perfect place on a summer afternoon for families - for: relaxing; a picnic; chidren to play in safety. Refreshments are available at the nearby Elstow Tea Garden. As well as Saturday afternoons, we are open Bank Holiday Monday afternoons and by appointment.
