Learn about the history and development of wireless technology and why wireless is so important today, providing worldwide communication. The National Radio Centre is an educational showcase for radio communication and has state of the art LF, HF and VHF transmitting stations including satellite communication by amateur radio. GB3RS is the RSGB’s purpose built Amateur Radio demonstration station. It is located at the National Radio Centre within the Bletchley Park museum. See the Bletchley Park website for opening times & admissions. The RSGB's National Radio Centre will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. There will be reduced hours New Year’s Eve when the Centre closes at 14.00.
