One of Durham's smallest, oldest and friendliest, St Chad's is situated at the heart of medieval Durham, a stone's throw from the magnificent Cathedral. Nearby attractions include the historic market square and Durham Castle, while slightly further afield, the city of Newcastle, beautiful sandy beaches along the Northumberland coastline and the famous Beamish Open Air Museum will provide entertainment for all ages. We offer conference and bed & breakfast facilities outside of student term time using rooms in our historic Georgian houses along North Bailey.
