More than just a swimming pool, Sunderland Aquatic Centre offers a huge range of fitness and activity options. Alongside the 50m main pool, there is also a diving pool, while the main pool also plays host to the fantastic fun Atlantis Adventure Mega Inflatable every weekend. The centre also boasts an enormous 140-station gym, as well as a variety of virtual and instructor-led fitness classes.
