Family run public house with three letting bedrooms two of which are ensuite and one with private shower and toilet, there is also free wifi and tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms. We are just a 15 minute walk from the beautiful city centre of Durham with its numerous bars and restaurants and the world renowned Cathedral and castle. Also The Shoes is a recent winner of the television show 4 in a bed which is shown on channel 4. We do have a very good record for repeat visitors which we think shows that our hard work is appreciated.
