Once part of the ancient Dartmoor Forest, Bellever promises something for everyone to discover among its towering trees, lively wildlife, and fascinating archaeology. Head for Bellever Tor to soak up stunning views of the surrounding national park and Devon countryside, or pick your favourite spot for an unforgettable picnic along the beautiful East Dart River. Look out for the native Dartmoor ponies grazed by the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust and listen carefully for woodland birds as they forage in the tree canopy.
