The Cedar Restaurant At Fawsley Hall
About
Steeped in tradition and history, Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa in Northamptonshire is a beautiful country house hotel surrounded by formal gardens and parkland landscaped by Capability Brown in the 1760s. It was a home built for entertaining: Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and other monarchs all enjoyed its fine hospitality, and that tradition continues to this day. The hotel has been awarded 4 AA red stars and 2 Rosettes for its Cedar Restaurant. Our Head Chef, Joe Gould, places provenance at the heart of his kitchen, sourcing produce from trusted local suppliers to ensure the highest quality of ingredients. Adapted to suit the seasons, the menu is characterised by vibrant flavours, fresh textures and inspired specialities. Located on the South Wing’s ground floor, the dining space was built in the early 16th century and displays many hallmarks of the Tudor era, with a beamed ceiling, exposed brickwork and stone fireplace.
