Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – King size bed with en-suite facilities - shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom 2 – Twin beds. Bed linen is provided. Bathrooms En- suite in King bedroom with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. Main bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Starter toilet roll. Hand & bath towel for number of guests booked are provided. Open Plan Kitchen / Diner / Lounge Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials, dishwasher & washing machine. Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface spray, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll provided. Lounge with Smart TV and dining area with table and chairs for 4 guests. Double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the garden with a picnic table and the waters edge. Mooring and Parking Private quay headed mooring. Use of slip way on request. Please advise us if you are bringing a boat. Private Parking x 2 cars – additional parking is available in the car park free of charge to guests – please request. Dog friendly Our lodges are dog friendly - max 2 dogs - £30 charge per pet applies. Extra information Fish bait fridge and 2 x recliner sun loungers. Fishing is permitted in season only, a rod license is required. Please note - Unfenced deep water at the end of the garden.
