Our house is a prestigious self build in access of 4000 square feet. It has lots of natural light and space and is built on historic grounds overlooking the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. Listed buildings in the grounds house a Victorian ice house, said to be the best in Derbyshire. We have four letting rooms 2 of which are spacious suites, all rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard to provide a well appointed relaxing environment and all have a luxury en-suite. We pay attention to detail. Guests also have sole use of a large elegant and comfortable lounge with high specification furnishings. Meals are served on the elevated terrace or in the open plan breakfast room where, through the huge windows you can enjoy the panoramic views over the Derwent Valley taking in the River Gardens and Belper North Mill. This room is stunning, fitted with high quality fitted furniture and leather sofa, and from the dining table guests can watch their food being prepared in the open plan kitchen. Although close to Belper town, a 15 minute walk to the centre. Our location is private and quiet. Guests have full access to our gardens and patio. Please note that as many guests come for some peace and quiet we only take guests over the age of 16. Strictly NO Pets, no smoking house or grounds
