Josephine's Tea Lounge and Bistro is a high class elegant tea room located directly opposite Nottingham's Theatre Royal. With stunning décor and a unique ambience created by the golden era of dancehall music, come and enjoy our homecooked hot dishes, Nespresso coffee and of course over 40 varieties of the best loose leaf tea served in a china tea pot with traditional beautiful porcelain tea cups. Every seat in Josephine's has a stunning view, if not of the Theatre then our truly awe inspiring décor - from the feature drawer wall or our statue. There really is nothing like Josephine's. Please note we rarely respond to comments on social media (good or bad), we prefer to spend our time trying to maintain high standards and improve Josephine's. In order to answer frequent comments: We are independent. We use high quality ingredients which unfortunately cost more. Our teapots can get you 2-3 cups from them, that's cheaper per cup than most places. :)
