This privately owned small Oxford B&B offers peace and quiet for the visitor who wishes to either work or study. As the accommodation is on the east side of the city it is within walking distance of Brookes University, Churchill and the Nuffield hospitals as well as into the city. There are direct buses to the John Radcliffe hospital. Bus stop only 3 minutes walks onto the Cowley Road. Ideal location for Oxford university faculties located at Park Road. Shared bathroom. The three very comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms have all the comforts of home' including desks in each room. The three visitor rooms use the modern shared bathroom with shower. Wireless broadband is complimentary and available in all rooms. The host, who herself has travelled extensively, welcomes visitors to join in the living room area to watch television and converse. You are also invited to enjoy her art evenings as she is a professional artist and previous lecturer at the university. Breakfast is a self-serve continental breakfast taken in the large kitchen. The Kitchen is available for light use only, if selected at the time of booking at a very moderate charge to cover the services. This includes the use of the microwave, toaster and kettle. This must be booked in advance at the time of reservation. Smoking is not permitted in the home but allowed in the garden. Restricted parking for loading and unloading.
