The John Buchan Story

This museum celebrates the life and works of John Buchan, author of 'The 39 Steps.' He is one of Scotland's great writers, statesman and politician. The Museum also features some of his family who lived in Peebles, including his sister Anna, who wrote under the pen name O. Douglas. The Museum is closed during the winter, opening from April 1st until the end of October.
