And it’s just what you’d expect from a hotel once owned by a local butcher; lots of interesting cuts and perfectly aged steaks. There are plenty of other options too, from sustainably sourced fish and chips to burgers, and Stilton veggie pancakes. All served in our restaurant with garden views.
